Founded in March 2021, CALÌ began as a ghost kitchen within our bistro, Mantì. With dining restrictions in place during the pandemic, we focused on take-out and delivery, quickly gaining popularity through social media. Soon, our unique approach to fried chicken had people lining up around the block.
